Lamar Academy extends a sincere thank you to Aimee Nunez and Heather Benitez for co-presenting the work of our University Access Team.
While the team did not win the TxCAN Pitch, we are incredibly proud of this accomplishment. Out of 20 teams, only 3 were selected to present at the TACAC conference, and Lamar was the only campus-level team represented.
The team received strong feedback and encouragement from other ISDs, affirming the impact of our college-going culture and model. 💙
